Founded by the senior leadership of QED Research Consulting, the foundation leverages the more than a decade experience of QED, to implement evidence-based and strategically innovative interventions.

Her career is characterized by a profound dedication to women's empowerment and gender equality, greatly influencing program design, implementation, and evaluation. With substantial experience with organizations like Wahana Visi Indonesia, Plan Indonesia, and Oxfam in Indonesia, Desi has been key in executing gender-sensitive interventions. She co-leads the Edukasih Program, focusing on educating marginalized groups, and has made notable scholarly contributions in gender and women empowerment research. Her work blends academic insights with practical strategies for advancing gender equality.
William Soe, the Program Director at KOMIt Foundation, is a seasoned international development professional with 12 years of experience in sectors like agribusiness, commodity markets, and climate change. His educational background in Biology and Finance gives him a broad understanding of environmental and financial issues. He has made significant contributions in areas such as agriculture, aquaculture, and green economy, particularly through his work with Australian DFAT’s AIP-PRISMA in developing an Environmental Protection Strategy. As Program Director, William leads the execution of diverse programs, focusing on strategic, impactful implementation. Additionally, he facilitates capacity-building initiatives, offering expertise in program design, climate change, and private system development, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the development sector.
Bodhiya Wijaya Mulya, the Operation and MEL Director at the KOMIt Foundation, boasts an impressive 14-year career in socio-economic development, with expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, and analysis across sectors like agribusiness, strategic management, and international development. He's known for his significant contribution in developing a robust M&E system for one of Indonesia's major Economic Development programs. With experience in countries like Australia, Thailand, India, and many other countries in Asia, his global perspective enhances his operation and MEL strategies. Bodhiya's educational focus on both qualitative and quantitative methods has honed his skills in market research and data analysis, and he's recognized for his proficiency in operation management and the Inclusive Market System Development Approach. Additionally, he's a skilled trainer, conducting workshops on topics such as M&E and data analytics for various stakeholders, further showcasing his diverse expertise.
